This workout is dedicated to Sgt. Andrew Harnett was killed in the line of duty on Dec 31, 2020, in Calgary Alberta Canada.
Andy was a Calgary Police officer for 12 years and died at 37 years of age. He was a military police officer prior to joining the Calgary Police. Andy’s wife was pregnant at the time of his death with their first child, a son. Andy loved fitness and encouraged others to join him in the gym regularly.
The workout was designed by a few police officers that worked with Andy and endorsed by Natural High CrossFit @naturalhigh.crossfit (Okotoks, Alberta, Canada).
